COMMONWEALTH GAMES ISSUE

These stamps have been issued to record the Commonwealth Games of 2002. In the past Pabay had issued stamps to record the Olympic Games and this issue will revive that tradition. The stamps have been designed by Jacques Calmeyn, the Complier and Editor of the catalogue of Scottish Local Stamps Private Posts catalogue. The stamps and First Day Cover will be issued on July 16^th 2002.

Royal Mail Commonwealth Stamp. The cover will have the Royal Mail Stamp cancelled with the special hand-stamp FD0215 and the Pabay stamps will have the Royal Mail Pabay hand-stamp 7136.
